It is a very straightforward sevice that we offer. After an initial discussion to determine your requirements and define your criteria, we will:


* Arrange for you to speak with an independant financial advisor. (If you have not done so.)

* Arrange an exclusive deal with a top firm of local solicitors to act on your behalf.

* Source and view properties for you that match your criteria.

* Provide you with a shortlist of suitable properties.

* Negotiate a purchase price for you, to include access for tradesmen or potential tenants prior to completion.

* On Completion, market the property for let, conduct viewings, etc.

* Once a tenant has been found, provide on-going management of the property.


All any client would have to do for themselves is sign any legal or financial documents that were required. Everything else is catered for.
